Seniors and Ponies

As promised I'm starting to blog more often!!! Yesterday I had a lesson and rode a small paint horse named Cherokee. He is SUPER cute by the way. We did this really interesting lesson working on landing leads, and I was personally working on not looking for my lead and just feeling it. My trainer set up two bending lines, each with different direction bends, to work on it. If you got the correct turn by landing straight after the jump, the lines where only six strides. Just looking at someone do it right makes it seem extremely easy, but let me tell ya it's not!!! I missed the second jump so many times it's not even funny!!!! I do feel like I learned a lot though. Overall it was a very productive lesson. Oh yeah! The title is because I took my grandmother with me to watch me ride!!!!
